Armed Security

Our armed guards are licensed by Washington State for armed work and carry current firearms certifications. They are assigned to sites where the risk profile (cash handling, valuable inventory, a history of violent incidents) calls for the highest level of deterrence.
Every armed post begins with a site risk assessment and a written post order. Guards are trained in de-escalation first: the objective is a visible presence that prevents an incident, not a response after one.

Unarmed guards are the backbone of day-to-day site security. They control who comes and goes, address loitering and trespassing, document what happens on your property, and give residents, staff, and customers someone to turn to.
This is our most requested service for apartment complexes, HOAs, retail centers, and office buildings: anywhere a steady, approachable presence does more good than a hard security posture.

Mobile patrol gives you the deterrent value of a security presence at a fraction of the cost of a dedicated guard. Marked vehicles run randomized checks through your property, so the pattern can't be timed by anyone watching.
Each stop is logged with a timestamp and location, and guards perform exterior sweeps, door and gate checks, lighting inspections, and vehicle-of-interest documentation before moving on.

Fire Watch
Code-required coverage for the hours your fire protection system is down.
When a sprinkler system, fire alarm, or standpipe goes out of service, the fire code requires a trained person to walk the building on a set interval until it is working again. Until that coverage is in place the fire marshal can order the building closed, and an impairment your insurance carrier was never told about can complicate a claim later.
Systems rarely fail at a convenient hour, so we staff fire watch on short notice, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Guards walk the rounds your fire marshal or carrier specifies, log every pass, and stay on site until the system is signed back into service.
